Can I Bring a Travel Guest?

Yes! Each registered attendee can also register a travel guest (typically spouse or significant other) for $200 to accompany them to the evening receptions.

Can I Extend my Hotel Stay or Arrive Early?

Yes! Simply let us know your intended arrival dates during the registration process and we will do our best to accomodate you. We cannot guarantee the room rate for dates outside of the official conference times.

Can I Book my Own Hotel Room?

Yes, you can book your own room, however we strongly encourage all attendees to stay at the Wynn Encore property. The Wynn is an amazing resort, and networking does not end when the conference sesssions do, and we encourage all attendees to take advantage of our room block!

What is Your Refund Policy if my Plans Change?

Print UV does not issue refunds once a registration has been approved. We do understand that sometimes life happens, and we will do our best to work with you in those situations. Simply let us know if your plans change by contacting us at info@printuv.com.

How Much Does it Cost to Attend?

Prices for Print UV Registration are listed here. There is an early-bird registration rate, as well as a discount for all past attendees of the conference. For 2025, the Print UV Conference fee is $1,680 per attendee, with early bird planning discounts available. What Does Print UV Registration Include?

Registration includes the cost of access to the entire event, including the General Sessions as well as the Sponsor Area and Breakroom. The registration cost also includes Networking Events (two evening receptions) and Networking Meals (breakfast and lunch both days) for the registered attendee.

The registration fee does NOT include travel and hotel, but during the registration process we prompt for room requests and encourage everyone to take advantage of our room block at they Wynn Encore to save on hotel costs over published rates, which can fluctuate due to other events in Las Vegas.

How do I Become a Sponsor of Print UV?

Print UV welcomes sponsorship from companies whose products and/or services are relevant to the UV printing industry and the graphic arts industry. For more information and to find out what packages are available, contact us at info@printuv.com.

Can I Attend if my Company is not a Sponsor?

Because of limited space and the goal of Print UV to be as relevant as possible to attendees, suppliers who attend must be registered Sponsors of the event. For more information, contact us at info@printuv.com.

Can I Attend as an Industry Observer?

Yes, indivdiduals who are interested in the UV printing industry are welcome to register as Industry Observers so long as they or their company are not directly selling products to the printing industry.
